Workflow activity equivalent in Flow Designer

We have some complex workflows where item approvals might have multiple levels of approvals for different reasons.

In our current workflows (legacy), we have always relied on the workflow activity field to be able to quickly determine what approvals or tasks were generated by what workflow activity.

Is there any equivalent in Flow Designer?

Great question @shill. I haven't seen an equivalent of workflow activity entries for flow designer. A potential workaround could be to add an annotation to each approval, use a lookup records action to search for the newly created approval records, and add a comment/note with the same annotation as the approval. Could be a bit laborious but should work until there's an update to the ask for approval action. Hope that helps!
