Hi,
I'm new to playbooks and was attempting to build the simple automation process on a PDI (Xanadu - glide-xanadu-07-02-2024__patch6-01-29-2025)
Instructions - Design an automated process
The instructions allow you to build a three-stage playbook, which will create an incident from an interaction raised for a VIP; It will wait for the person assigned to update the incident and then wait to resolve the incident
After following the instructions, the playbook will not progress beyond 2.1 Wait for condition (Step 4 in the instructions). I tried building a simpler one with a wait condition for the incident to be set to resolved. This one worked.
I'm not clear on what exactly the playbook is waiting for the assigned user to update. I've tried changing the state, updating the worknotes and description field. But the wait for condition doesn't clear.
