This session was part of a recent webinar series we ran to jumpstart customers on their Process Mini... We cover the building blocks of a Process Mining project and then quickly create our first two projects together. The first project is focused on looking for bottlenecks and delays in State transitions. The second is focused on looking for multihop and ping-pong situations with Assignment Group transitions. Both of these are great initial projects when you are starting out with ServiceNow Process Mining and can be applied to most workflows (ITSM, CSM, HR, etc) This content is based on the Vancouver release and would be a good updated version of Process Mining Academy Session #1.
