In the 2023 November Store Release, we’ve made some exciting updates to our Integration Hub spoke catalog, including two new spokes and numerous enhancements to key SAP, Oracle, and Google spokes.  

 

New and Updated Spokes (by Workflow Product) 

 

Technology 

 

Google Directory Spoke v1.5 (TPSM) 

Added new webhook management actions related to subscription channel management and other generic use cases. 

 

Customer & Industry, Creator, and Finance & Supply Chain 

 

SAP S4 HANA OData Spoke (new) 

Brand new spoke that provides a list of actions that interact with SAP standard OData APIs. This spoke enables synchronization between ServiceNow and SAP on critical supply chain data, such as suppliers, materials, purchase groups, COAs, and currencies. 

 

SAP S4 HANA RFC Spoke v.2.0 (FSM, CSM, Clean Core ERP for App Engine, Source-to-Pay Operations, Accounts Payable Operations) 

Added six new actions that address invoicing use cases. 

 

SAP ECC RFC Spoke v2.1 (FSM, CSM, Clean Core ERP for App Engine, Source-to-Pay Operations, Accounts Payable Operations) 

Added six new actions that address payment use cases. 

 

Employee 

 

Legal Tracker Spoke (LSD) 

Brand new spoke that supports native integration to Legal Tracker to easily create/manage matters and track spending. The spoke supports integration by pulling and synchronizing data such as practice groups and organizational units from Legal Tracker into ServiceNow Legal Matter on a scheduled basis. 

 

Oracle HCM Cloud Spoke v4.0 (HRSD, FSM, TPSM) 

Added an authentication template and OAuth JWT grant type, along with six new actions related to application cycles and performance.
