ATF for Service operation Workspace (knowledge module)

Hi Team

 

Open an existing record doesn't seem to work as expected in Service Operation workspace even though I am providing document id from previous step. It's unable to open it and is there a way or setting to render all tabs like "Details" and "Related Records" displayed in the form of the attached screenshot in one  form in service operation workspace instead of multiple tab.

The error say about sys_id not sure but in last step did you provided any sys_id?

Yes I did if you see previous step from there only I am feeding in

Not sure what’s wrong here then. Try the same steps manually with the same user and check. If the issue persists, log a case with Now Support.

share the step config screenshot how are you checking and passing the syId

what is the table on which you are opening?
