We are migrating Decison Trees from EasyVista Sellfhelp in ServiceNow
Main idea -> Articles in KB articles, Decisions in Virtual Agent.
In EV Trees and articles are nested in a Many to Many net.
Trees linked to Trees, Articles linked to Trees, Articles linked to Articles leading to a tree...

First way
in EV export tree and then articles
in ServiceNow import the two objects and rebuild relations
Second way
Get a database, push the dump of EV, use the data model, and consume the DBB with ServiceNow API
