How to set the Stage of RITM via Flow designer Script

I am trying to create and RITM and update the same records via Flow designer for a catalog item.
am trying to set stage field in the RITM via drop down. But that is giving me the backend value in the field of RITM form.
Can I know how this can be fixed to get the Display name.

Hi @Roshini 
You can add the stage using "Add stage" option within the flow. Just hover between the steps, you'll get an option like below.

Then, create new stage or select the existing one .

Thanks, it worked. But it's taking some time to updated the RITM to approved state.
though there is no wait period.

Is there any though on that
