integration b/w ServiceNow and Workfront

We are looking at building an integration b/w ServiceNow and Workfront. 
We have spoke available, but that requires a subscription. could you please help with a best possible approach.

I believe this is Adobe Workfront and if the answer is yes then I would suggest to setup OAuth authentication in ServiceNow and an outbound rest message with all different HTTP methods based upon your requirement.
