Hide options from workspace

when user click on the 3 dots those options will be available ,but fornow those options are availabe for all the role users. I wanted to make below options visible for only for proctect_admin role usrs not for all the users. for now those are visible for all the users.

how can i achive this functionality.

Hello @VSN 

Please check the configuration in Form Layout Action items in left navigation. Put filter as your table and workspace in which this is. You will find the list of all the action items or action groups there. 

From there you can restrict it to specific roles. In the action In workspace section under Required Roles you can modify the roles.

Hello @VSN 

System Definition > UI Actions - Personalized list to include column "Workspace Form Menu" and show matching to true value.

Open all such UI Actions, scroll down to Requires Role and add the required role(s) and click Save/Update.
