Is it possible to apply a configuration to specific territories

seems that the SPARK or SERVICE NOW tool is designed to apply changes or configurations globally, affecting all managed incidents across all territories. 

 

is it possible to configure the service now to create automatic problem ticket to a specific territories?

Hi @CandyK 

When you say territories, how are you storing this information in ServiceNow? If you're storing it as a location, then you can use Flow Designer, where you can set the territories and create the records.
