Hi,

 

Items not getting added from flow Designer to RPA Queue.

 

How to get it added.

There is an action in flow designer called "Add WorkItem to Queue."  After creating a Work Queue, you can use this action to add items to the queue.

If you have done this and it's still not adding to the queue, go to the work queue and check to see if the box is checked next to "Is Queue Item Name Unique." If it is, it will only add one item if the name is not unique.
