Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 provider is not registered

Several users are receiving the following error when using the Data Writer tool to write to excel: The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.

 

Some users are able to resolve the issue by installing the "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable" however, this is not working for all users and some are still experiencing the issue.

Hi @Krishna Chait12 

Could you please check the below points if you were facing issues even after installing the "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable" 

1.Check if the plugin is up to date in RPA Hub

  GoTo ALL > System Definition > Plugins > RPA Hub and RPA Plugin Bundle

2.Try with .xlsx extension instead of .xls.
