NLU Issue

Hey Team,

when i try to train model which i have created it shows like this .even though i installed all plugins .It is praticing in  my nowlearning instance. "Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after sometime, if the issue persists log an issue with Support".

Ensure that system property: glide.shared_service_scheduler.url is populated with “https://sncmlscheduler.service-now.com/”

if it still doesn't work raise a case from now learning portal

the system is already populated with that URL. Even though it is not working

Hi @SoudarapuN 

You can try again later once your instance comes out of hibernation. Sometimes, lab instances may have data or connection issues. In such cases, you have two options:

• Try again
• Skip the task and move to the next one

You need to complete at least 80% of the course to earn the badge.
