ServiceNow GRC Compliance- Automation for Evidence collection and Reporting

Would you please provide a documentation and SME advise on how to automate the evidence collection process in ServiceNow IRM Compliance using RPA/ Workflow automation or App Engine, if I need to replicate some legacy IT Control Objective audit engagement cycle (excel format) into GRC system. Also I need to automate the Dashboard Reporting for Compliance for multiple group companies by setting up a Hierarchy (Parent/ Region- child companies).

We already have evidence request module as part of IRM Product , you can check it and implement .
