I have created one knowledge base "My IT Hub" in knowledge management service now and I need to configure publish and retire workflows two levels1 first level SME and second level knowledge manager I have added the workflow but when I am trying to add the stages draft stage for begin and review for approval the stage field showing no records to display but actually when checked the stage field table list of records are there please help how it need to be resolved kindly need your support team attached are the screenshots
