Hi @VaibhavP5059517 

Since Zurich version ,ServiceNow has disabled the ability to create new legacy workflows.

Clicking "New" in the classic Workflow Editor forcefully redirects you to Workflow Studio, which is the consolidated interface for Flow Designer.

• Legacy workflows remain accessible and you can modify it , Only you can not create it as Flow Designer is the recommended automation tool for future use and ongoing support.
