Hi All,

i am facing an issue, when i try to train the Predictive intelligence classification solutions.

i am getting an error, these all happening in PDI, how to train the solution by enabling the below feature as shown in image.

and training is getting failed, please help on these two things.

I am not 100% sure, but it looks like you are encountering a feature that is not available on the PDI's. Unfortunately, ServiceNow doesn't provide all functionality on PDI's.

ML or AIS features DO NOT WORK on a PDI. Please use a SubPROD, Demo or Vendor instance if you want to use these features.
