Hi All,
I am trying to add agent to a work shift in schedule plan of manager workspace, but the agent field does not get populated. is there any particular way to add the agent?
(FYI - assigned all the roles related to workspace, agents, schedules, users. Still the same)

hi @Chandru SP , Please use the side bar to add agents to a shift.
1. open team calendar tab in schedule module
2. Select a schedule -> Select a shift -> add agents to that shift

1. Can't find any schedules because it's in draft state, and it's in draft state because agents are not populating in the add agent field. My team and My team members are also empty. it i create team or team members it won't show up in the schedule module, its queried so that only the team i manage will show up there ( its not showing up even though I have set myself as manager to many groups).
