Hi all,
our customer uses Workforce Optimization for CSM for shift planning and scheduling and assigning work items (change tasks, catalog tasks, ...) to the agents. Actually the agents doesn't use the Workspace and should work in the backend (if possible).
Nevertheless I didn't find a calendar where an agent can see his/her shifts AND work items like catalog tasks and so on in one place like the manager in the work schedule calender in the Manager Workspace (see picture). Is there an equivalent view for the agents or how do I get it work?
