Not able to add agent to schedule in manager workspace

Hi All,
I am trying to add an agent to a work shift in the schedule plan of the manager workspace, but the agent field does not get populated. Is there any particular way to add the agent?
(FYI - assigned all the roles related to workspace, agents, schedules, and users. Still the same)
