The events on users' Outlook calendars need to be synchronized with their Servicenow calendar

Can we integrate Outlook Calendar with ServiceNow? Our objective is to display users' Outlook calendar events in the Workforce Optimization (WFO) team calendar.

There isn't a ServiceNow solution for this. Outlook has a ServiceNow addon, but that is not what you are looking for. I suggest checking the ServiceNow store and google 3rd party solutions to get this done. I know that there are solutions out there, just never worked with them.

Hey @Sachintha , we are building this functionality for ITSM using exchange spoke later this year. But in V1, we are prioritizing displaying WFO calendars events like work shifts on Outlook and not other way around. 

What is your use case?
