We have a requirement in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) where a specific space should only become bookable starting from 15 June 2026. Users should not be able to reserve or book the space before this date.
We explored using the Planned Start Date / Planned End Date on the workplace space record, but this does not seem to work properly with the wsd_search widget, as the space is still appearing.
We would like to understand the best possible approach for this requirement.
Can the Planned Start Date / Planned End Date be utilized effectively for this use case in WSD?
Is there any OOB configuration available to allow booking availability after a future date when searched in the wsd search widget?
Has anyone implemented a similar requirement in Workplace Reservation?
Any suggestions, best practices, or implementation experiences would be highly appreciated.
