Filtering and limiting spaces on the Multilevel Space Picker

On most of the WSD Service record producers you are able to "Find the space on a floor map". In the record producer page, it opens a popup of the location directory. I found that on the variable which holds the client data and points to the widget, you can filter the spaces that are selectable the popup. In the Feb 24 release, when you click on a space that isn't valid because of the filter, it pops an info message that says "This space can not be selected. Try selecting a different space". Its a great new feature!

However the issue we are having now, is that valid spaces are not selectable either. Although valid spaces show in the drop down/multi space picker, when you click on the floor map popup it does not recognize your selection and therefore you cannot actually pick that valid space on the floor map.

Has anyone successfully implemented limiting spaces on the floor map using the instance option "filter_query_for_space" on the WSD Multilevel Space Picker in the latest version of Space Mapping (1.10.10)

I ran into the same issue of not being able to select valid spaces via the map.  Per ServiceNow Support:  this issue is due to product defect and PRB1749746. Fix coming in May 24. 

I'm still trying to work with the filter for other requirements.
