We're trying to install the WSD Reservation Outlook Add-in in our lower level environment, and are getting an error: "This browser is not supported in this experience or This add-in could not be started."
We installed WebView2 runtime into our device, like (https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1000344) article states, but we are still getting the same error. We are wondering if there are other things, like group rules, that would block the add-in from working.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for the update. I just tried via OWA and the add-in appears correctly but doesn't return any results. I'd be very interested to hear what Microsoft or ServiceNow suggest. Like you it seems we will have to put the add-in on hold for the time being.

Lynn, we still haven't had any luck. We've opened a HI ticket with ServiceNow. Please do the same so they see the issue isn't just with one client.

I've heard back from ServiceNow and they say that we need to configure email addresses for the rooms in order for them to be displayed in the search results. It will take a while to get this done but I'll let you know if it helps.

We were able to get the add-in working on OWA, and yes the rooms required associated email addresses. The one thing that doesn't work in the OWA add-in is rooms that require approval. SN is aware of this.
And, with the version of MS we're on, we won't be able to get the client add-in to work.
Hope you have luck!
