Still new to Workplace module, recently facility management member asking what will be faster way to update drop-down values. As for now, all the reference show this only can be done by someone with admin permission, since required to set update sets?

maybe you can use an customer tables same as system choice table. and use an schedule  to copy the value from customer table to system choice table.
