I have a requirement to add services and purpose to the space

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to configure Services and Purpose in the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) reservation portal.

I have already completed the indoor map setup, and everything else is configured. However, when I click on Show Filters and open the Services and Purpose dropdowns, they are showing as empty.

I understand that the standard tables used are:

  • sn_wsd_rsv_standard_service – Services
  • sn_wsd_rsv_reservable_purpose – Purpose

However, I am unsure how to properly map these records to the spaces so that they appear in the portal.

Could someone please help with the correct configuration or mapping steps?

This is urgent, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sakeena,
on the room table you have the tab "Standard Services" via edit you can assign any of the defined standard services you created. I had no issues using it in the "General Reservation" Item. Did u check, if you have the latest plugins versions installed? I learned the hard way to keep an eye on these.

For what will you use the Purpose field? I did not find a use case yet and happy to get ur ideas.

  • sn_wsd_rsv_reservable_purpose
