I have requirement on seat booking.

Hi Team,

I have a requirement involving a 16-seat table. Out of these, I want to book only 8 seats and leave the remaining 8 seats available without affecting them.

Currently, when using the map, the behavior is that once seats are booked, the entire table is automatically marked as booked (shown in red). However, the client’s expectation is different. If only 8 seats are booked, the table should still appear as available (in green), indicating that the remaining 8 seats can still be reserved. Only when all 16 seats are fully booked should the table turn red.

Have you encountered a similar requirement before? Is this feasible to implement? Please share your inputs.

Thanks in advance,

No, that goes automatically.
All you need to change on the map is that u need to make 16 spaces instead of one

Sorry to bother you but want to check before Neighborhoods creation, first we need to change map .dwg file not backend configuration right?

Hi @SakeenaF

Did you reserve it using map studio?

Hi @SakeenaF ,

It seems Map Studio points are accidentally mapped to the same underlying ServiceNow space ID .

Can you check these video and article and  ensure every reservable map pin correctly references a unique WSD space record.
