Restrict reservation of a space/room to a limited time frame

Hello ,


I would like to understand the feasibility of configuring a new space type in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) called as focus room
, where users can reserve the space only for a limited duration (for example, a maximum of 2 hours).

The key requirement is that this booking duration limit should be configurable and not hardcoded, so Workplace Administrators can easily modify it as needed .

Has anyone implemented a similar use case for desk/space reservations with configurable time restrictions?

Any guidance on the recommended approach would be highly appreciated.

We have focus rooms, but without any limitations. But if you are looking for maximum limitations, the best option i see is for new sn_wsd_rsv_reservable_module "Focus rooms" and configuring the Max duration. This is the configuration and not hardcoded or customized.

We want to display the below message on top of WSD Search so that the end user is aware of the time frame in the first place itself that they can book it only for two hours.
