Question - badge and conference room check-in's

Hello -
Using WSD for conference room check-ins. Can someone tell me if this is user based? For example, if I reserve the conference room and get called out on business - is the booking going to be cancelled because I didn't show up? What if my other attendees need the room still?

You can configure a grace period (for example, 15 minutes) in the system property sn_wsd_rsv.time_when_reservation_cancelled_without_check_in When a reservation start time arrives, the system will send a check-in notification (email/mobile) to the organizer(if needed) If they don’t click “Check In” within that window, the room is automatically released and the status of the reservation goes to Canceled and becomes free for others to book.
