WSD- Floor map is not visible on Employee Center- workplace services while making a new reservation.  Indoor floor maps are already sync with WSD spaces.

Hi @Jyoti33 ,

This issue could be caused by multiple factors, especially after a recent clone. I have faced a similar issue in the past, and I would recommend checking the following:

  • Campus table (sn_map_core_campus) – Verify that the location is correctly tagged to the campus.

  • Reservable Module – Validate that the reservable module has the correct Workplace Location configured/tagged.

Even if the indoor floor maps are already synchronized with WSD spaces, an incorrect or missing location mapping at either of these levels can prevent the floor map from being displayed during reservation.
