Workplace Central: Add workplace service to dropdown "Which service would you like to request?"

I want to provide an additional option on the above drop down in when creating a case from workplace central

I have created a new "workplace service" and associated it with a published record producer but the option has still not shown

Did you ever find the solution to this?

I did - there is a script include with an array of hard coded sys_id's. 

I dont have WSD installed on any of the instances I use at the moment and can't get into my PDI but if you find the sys_id for the RP then search the script include table for it you'll find the record
