Verify the enterprise assets received through a Drop off task

As an asset manager, confirm that you received the enterprise assets that were delivered to your stockroom and complete the Receive task.

Avant de commencer

Role required: sn_eam.enterprise_asset_manager

Procédure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Asset Workspace > Work management.
2. Select the Asset tasks tab.
3. From the list of asset tasks, select the Receive task for which you want to verify the assets received.
4. Select the Drop off Assets tab.
   The list of assets that were dropped off at your stockroom is displayed.

   Remarque :

   The Asset received flag is set to false before an asset is verified.
5. Select an asset.
6. Select Verify.
   • The Asset received flag changes to true.
   • The Receive date is updated with the date on which you verified the asset.
7. After you verify all the assets, select Close task.

Résultats

The state of the Receive task and its Drop off task changes to Closed Complete.
