View and approve records in Service Operations Workspace

  • Access the My Approvals in SOW to manage the approval requests for change, request, catalog task, and requested item.

    Before you begin

    Role required: itil, sn_change_read, sn_request_read

    Note:
    The Approvals section is visible only when approval requests are actively assigned to your user account. If you have the required role but no approvals are displayed, it implies that currently no pending requests are assigned to you.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. Navigate to List > Approvals > My Approvals.
      Note:
      If My Approvals doesn't appear under List, verify that approval requests are actively assigned to you and that you have one of the required roles: itil, sn_change_read, or sn_request_read
    3. Select a record to approve or reject the request.
    4. Optional: Select Approve to approve the request.
    5. Optional: Select Reject to reject the request.
