  • Create a user to add to a department.

    Table 1. Create user form fields
    Field Description
    User ID Unique identification number of the user.
    First name First name of the user.
    Last name Last name of the user.
    Title Title or job description of the user.
    Department Name of the department to which the user is being assigned to.
    Password Assign a password to the user. This password can be permanent or temporary.
    Email Email address of the user.
    Language The language to be used while displaying the user’s system.
    Notification Specify if email notifications should be sent to this user.
    • Select Enable if an email notification should be sent to this user.
    • Select Disable if no email notification should be sent to the user.
    Calendar integration Select Outlook to have this user receive meeting notifications via email directly to the calendar. Otherwise, select None.
    Time zone Time zone in which the user is located.
    Date format Option to choose how the date details are displayed. For example, mm/dd/yyyy.
    Business phone Business phone number of the user.
    Mobile phone Personal phone number of the user.
    Password needs reset Select this check box to require the user to change the password during the first login.
    Locked out Select this check box to lock the user out of the instance and terminate all their active sessions.
    Active Select this check box to make this user active
    Identity type The category of identity associated with this user record. You can select the following:
    • Human: If the user is a person
    • Machine: If the user is a service account or automated process
    • AI: If the user is an AI-based agent
    Web service access only Select this check box to designate this user as a non-interactive user.
    Internal integration user Select this check box to designate this user as a service account.
    Photo Attach a photo of the user, if appropriate.
