Data domains help categorize data discovered in database catalogs by ServiceNow Discovery. A data catalog lists all the catalog objects, or databases, discovered for an instance of a database.

    Data Domain form fields

    Field Description
    Name Name of the data domain.
    Description Short description of the data domain.
    Parent Parent domain of the data domain.

    This is used to create a data domain hierarchy.
    Leaf Node Indicator that the data domain is at the lowest level of the hierarchy.
