Export application rationalization data to Excel or CSV

    • Export the application rationalization list view data to Microsoft Excel or CSV so that you can use the data to obtain insights, share with stakeholders, and prepare for analysis.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
    2. Open the Application Rationalization page by selecting the application rationalization icon (Application rationalization icon.).
    3. Select the export icon (Export icon.) on the Application Rationalization page.
    4. From the File type drop-down on the Export window, select Excel or CSV to export the data to a Microsoft Excel or CSV file respectively.

    5. Select Export.

    Result

    A file with the selected format is downloaded and saved in your local system.
