Key Features
- Breadcrumbs widget: Displays the navigation path to the current page, allowing users to quickly return to previous pages by clicking on any breadcrumb link.
- Topic header widget: Shows parent topics with descriptions, banners, and icons. It supports customization through instance options. Note that scheduling styled or banner content may override original topic banners.
- Sub-topics widget: Lists child topics that have connected content, displaying up to six by default with a "View all" option for more. This widget is also customizable via instance options.
- Topic content widget: Displays knowledge articles and requests associated with a topic. It offers filtering (All, Article, Request), sorting (Popular, A-Z), and different display modes (Card View, List View). Additional content can be loaded in sets of 12. Note that A-Z sorting is not supported for non-English languages.
- Search functionality: Enhanced search on topic pages includes spell check, synonym detection, and auto-suggestions. Users can narrow search results using hierarchical filters for topics and sub-topics.
- Learning content integration: Licensed employees can access courses linked to topics, with options to browse, filter, sort, and favorite courses. The Unified Browse widget includes a Courses filter.

Breadcrumbs widget
Click a page name on the breadcrumbs widget to navigate to that page. For example, to return to the home page, click Home.

Sub-topics widget
The sub-topics widget shows only six child topics by default. If the parent topic has more child topics, click View all to view all the child topics and click the one you want to open.

Search by the topic facets

Learning content on the topic pages
Use learning content as one of the connected content types, available on the topic pages, for the licensed employees. Employees can browse, filter, sort, and add to favourite the course content available on the topic pages relevant to them.
