    • The improved global search provides narrowed down content browsing on the global search for quicker and more specific content browsing experience.

    The improved global search by topic facets provides filtered data based on its association with the a topic and its sub-topics.

    • The supported content types for the search facets include content available on the Unified Browse Widget, like, Service Catalog, Knowledge Base articles, and learning content.
    • The topic facets filter content by hierarchy. Select a sub-topic to get specific hierarchical data.
    • The base system facet levels available are two. You can add up to 10 levels.

    • The two sort options available on the search are Most relevant and Most recent.
      • Most relevant is the base system sorting option.
      • Most recent filters the data by date.
    Note:
    You must have the Employee Center 28.0.4 installed along with Utah for the search by the topic facets feature to function.
