Reschedule appointment for an associated work order to dispatch agent to address the
customer issue based on rescheduled time slot.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_qualifier and sn_customerservice_agent, or wm_qualifier and
sn_customerservice.consumer_agent
Procedure

Click the Lists icon (
)

Navigate to Work Orders > Created by
me.

Select the work order for which you would like to reschedule an
appointment.

To reschedule an appointment:
- Click Reschedule Appointment.
- In the Reschedule appointment dialog box, view
available appointment time slots, and then select the desired day and
time.
- Click Reschedule.
The application reschedules an appointment for the work
order.
