Create a personal event

  • Enable managers to create events, such as agent time off, agent appointments, and meetings using Workforce.

    Before you begin

    To gain full Workforce access, you must hold the 'wm_manager' role and actively manage a 'wm_work' assignment group. Without these roles, you don't have access to essential functionalities like viewing agent details and managing events.

    Role required: wm_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Manager > Workforce.
    2. Click the Event Management icon in the right side panel.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
    4. Click Save.
      If Workforce Optimization is installed and activated, Creating a personal event option won’t be visible.
