Prevent assignment of work order tasks to excluded field service agents

Prevent the dynamic scheduling of work order tasks to excluded field service agents. Administrators or dispatchers can manually assign work order tasks to excluded agents, if required.

• Configure dynamic scheduling to ignore excluded technicians
  Add dynamic scheduling task filters to ensure that work order tasks are not assigned to agents who are excluded from the customer account.
• Exclude Field Service agents from being assigned work order tasks
  Exclude field service agents from a customer account.
