Configuring Manual Scheduling

Manual Scheduling is dragging a task and dropping it onto a field agent's schedule. It is suitable for a small group of agents with limited tasks.

Dispatchers can manually assign the tasks to agents using the Dispatcher Workspace. The drag and drop action of a task to an agent is independent of the scheduling method selected.
