  • The Single field group form enables you to define a related group of single fields for extraction.

    The Single field group form includes the following fields.

    Field Description
    Field group name

    The name for the field group as it appears in the Document Intelligence workspace.

    Target Table The table that stores the document processing results for the fields.
    Parent Mapping to Field

    Field on the target table that you want to align this field group with.

    Note:
    You must first select a target table.
    Required

    Option to make the field as required.

    Required fields can’t be left empty or unreviewed.

    Single field name

    The name for the field as it appears in the Document Intelligence workspace.

    Field type

    The type of the field. For example, a text or date field.

    Some field types convert the extracted value into a standard format. See Data normalization.

    Select Target Field

    Field on the target table that you want to align this field with.

    This field is used for integration with other applications. See Integrate with a custom application or workflow.

    New single field

    Option to add a field to the group.

    Use the reorder icon (Reorder icon.) to reorder a field in the group.

    Create multiple field groups

    Option to keep the pop-up window displayed on the screen. Enable this option if you're adding more than one single field group to the use case.
