This role is available through the Business Stakeholder (com.snc.businessstakeholder) plugin and requires activation of the Read only roles for Enterprise Architecture (com.snc.apmreadroles) plugin. For new customers, the read-only roles plugin is enabled by default on zBoot, but the Business Stakeholder role requires installation of the Enterprise Architecture plugin.

Share dashboards with business stakeholder read-only users
Enterprise Architecture users with Business stakeholder role for Enterprise Architecture (sn_apm.apm_read) role have read-only access to dashboards and reports and all the underlying tables of the dashboards.
The base system provides access to users with this role to view Application Landscape, Application 360, and Application Assessments dashboards. You can also access all the tables from where the data are retrieved for these dashboard reports.

- Navigate to
- Click the add widgets icon.
- Click the edit content icon of the widget that you want to share.
- Click the sharing icon.
- Click the Share option in the Sharing section.
- Search for business_stakeholder in the search field and click to add the role in the Sharing settings window.
- Click OK.
