サービスカタログ：入力フォームについて

Excelで行っていた手続きを、カタログアイテムで自動化することを検討しています。
データの特性上、Excelのように入力者がカラム位置を視覚的に整理して入力できる（複数行の場合はカラム位置がそろっているか確認可能）ことが必要です。

また、複数のデータをコピーして入力できるようにしたいです。

例えば下記のような入力フォームなのですが、カタログアイテムでどのようにしたら

実現可能でしょうか？

that's not possible.

You can use MRVS if user needs to enter multiple entries
