Hi,

Thanks for creating blog and sharing it here.

Instead of posting question on Community you can create an Article so that people can refer it.

Tried it before. ServiceNow forum won't accept articles in Japanese. They've deleted them. That's why I've been writing them at other blog sites.

So have you reached out to anyone from the Community? Maybe they can look into your issue.
