FTE is rounding off to zero for a resource assignment

On generating a resource assignment with FTE being 0.1 and 0.2 , it is getting rounded off to zero for anything less than 0.3. Is this an expected behaviour ? If yes, is there a way to mitigate this ? Please help.Thanks, Subham
