Hello friends,
We came across one of the engineering applications which has Concurrent License as metric. Would like to configure the same in ServiceNow. Following the documentation, below are my questions:
1. Do we need integration with license server?
2. Do we need SAM for Engineering Application plugin installed?
Has anyone done this successfully before? Please share your thoughts? Also, if I don't have integration with License Server, can I still simulate it to demonstrate the functionality.
