Senior Product Manager Rahul Mathur led an exclusive session on October 17th, 2024, hosted by our Platform Fundamentals Academy. In this session, participants explored the transformative power of Platform Document Management. They learned how key features like document repositories, version control, sharing permissions, and workflows enhance collaboration and ensure secure, efficient document handling. Attendees discovered how ServiceNow's Document Management solution streamlines file management, boosts productivity, and ensures compliance across organizations. This was an invaluable opportunity to elevate document lifecycle management processes.

Hello @Jon G Lind - if you can share the PPT material that was presented would be great. It's not yet available in NowCreate or the community post. Thanks!

I installed a plugin but could see only user and group permission tabs not the role and user criteria. Also, there is no sharing option on the document form (dms_document).
I am missing some plugins? I have installed only "com.snc.document_management".
The use case I have is, I want to store and manage User Guide document in ServiceNow instance, and make it available to snc_internal and snc_external role to download the document directly using a menu option from Service Portal.
