CSA fundamental labs instructions

I have just cleared the welcome to servicenow training and now I am going through CSA fundamental.
However, I cannot the labs instructions. The welcome to service the course, the instructions are available on the page as soon I click the lab page and i just have to open my instance.
Can someone tell me where to find those instructions, please ?

The lab instructions will be in the training or eBook material. Could you please share some screenshots to better understand where you're stuck?
